Welcome to the Keto Mom page, my name is Stephanie. We're almost done with "At Your Best" by Carey Nieuwhof. I think this book is great, and I love that people grabbed a copy and are getting focused on their schedules.
This book is all about how to help you with your schedule, priorities, and where you spend your time and your energy. If you need help figuring out why you're letting other people control your time, where you should be spending most of your energy, and how to work in the green zone and not always in the red zone, then this book is great for you.
Last night in bed, I was praying and asking for direction, some vision, or something else to help other people. And so this book called "Dream It, Pin It, Live It" by Terri Savell Foy popped into my head.
I've decided that we're going to do this book in a week. I'm going to prep and prepare, and I want to do the vision board with you. I want to help people have a vision, see a vision, and start dreaming before the next year starts.
I don't want to wait, I don't like to wait. There are some who would wait till January, or most of the world waits till January. So we could be like everybody else or not. I don't want to be like everybody else, I want to do it now. I want to help you create a vision.
The book is called "Dream It, Pin It, Live It" by Terri Savell Foy. You can grab the book and there's also a workbook. I don't have the workbook, but you can still get it.
Alright! Let's wrap up "At Your Best" real quick. I have a lot of things that I want to talk about in all areas of my life. So I want you to know that you are amazing. You are put on this earth for a reason to do something. We all have gifts and talents, and somebody needs you to show up as the best version of you.
Let's get you out of your everyday routine, and let's help you dream again. Let's help you understand that if people have spoken negativity over your life, you don't have the greatest environment if you've never had somebody believe in you before if you've never believed that you do have something to offer in your heart, and you do have something to say. Let's get it out of you.
It's always fun to learn from other people and get guidance. And if we're talking about your health, and you had to lose weight, you could do it. You could put down the sugar, move your body, and drink your water. It doesn't have to be hard, we just tend to overcomplicate things. There are different tools I can give you, and things I can help you with. But in general, I want you to know that you know what you need to do.
It is discipline and consistent action over time that will get you the results.

I often ask people if they scheduled their meals this week, or if they went to the gym. Yesterday, I could have easily said, "I'm not going to CrossFit because I have so much to do". My daughter said that we did not have to go, and I can work out upstairs. But I said, "No! I've already had it scheduled on my calendar, so I'm going to CrossFit.
Because if I don't go, I'm going to make an excuse and I'm not going to push myself".
People will try to come and take your schedule from you. And so this book is going to help you understand how to put your priorities on your schedule first. It's okay to say "NO".

You become what you repeatedly do, that is super important. If you want something different, you have to do something different. If you feel like you're on the right track, you're focused, and other people try to come to screw up your schedule or they want you to do something for them. Then tell them, "Okay! Here are the timeframes that I have available. Can you fit into one of those?"... This book will help you prioritize your schedule.
"Healthy People respect the boundaries you set. Unhealthy people don't".
I would highly recommend getting this book because it's been really eye-opening as far as saying "Yes" to great things and saying "No" to the good things. Make sure that you're working out from your green zone and not from your red zone, and getting the most out of your day and your time.
Alright! That's it. So I'm really excited about our next book, "Dream It, Pin It, Live It" by Terri Savell Foy. I'm excited about the vision and helping people dream. That's what I want to do, and we're going to start this on the 14th of November.
We're going to walk through these dream boards, and we're going to do it together. All right. So here's what she says about dream boards.
"You need to surround yourself with images of your vision. A vision causes your dreams to become more alive inside of you. It is a vital component of your success that you surround yourself with what can be, and not just what is".
I'm talking about more than fat loss, I'm talking about your life because you are more than fat loss and I will help you with that.
Fat loss is just like one piece of your life, and I know when you have success you will feel better and you will want to work on other areas of your life. It takes discipline, consistency, taking action, saying "No" to the junk, and saying "Yes" to the better options right now.
"A vision board adds clarity to your dreams and desires by allowing you to see them. It helps you concentrate and focus on specific life goals. It keeps your attention on your intentions".
"Having a vision board will help you on so many different levels, including prioritizing your goals, obtaining clarity in your life, building your faith in God's ability to perform the impossible, boosting your confidence and self-esteem, and reminding you of your mission or what you are called to do".
A vision board is simply a collage of pictures and images, we're going to put it on a board, and we're going to put it up in your home.
