Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Waffles

This is a low-carb waffle recipe!


For the entire family, this recipe makes 1 large or 2 small waffles

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 Tbs. Keto sweetener (MonkFruit)

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 2 Tbs. coconut flour

  • 2 Tbs. Keto chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix together and pour into greased waffle iron for 3-4 minutes.

  2. While hot, spread with Peanut Butter, drizzle with Keto-approved syrup. (I like ChocZero) and top with whipped cream.

That easy!
