Chicken Avocado Salad

Easy Keto salad for the family!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/8 tsp chili powder

  • 1 avocado (cubed)

  • Iceberg Lettuce

  • Roasted green beans

  • Fresh greens (Iceberg Lettuce)

  • 1 cup chicken breast (cooked and shredded)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt

  • Parsley for Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Combine the following ingredients and blend

(Blender)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/8 tsp chili powder

  • 1 avocado (cubed)

2. Once creamy, add other ingredients

  • Remaining avocado

  • Roasted green beans

  • Fresh greens (Iceberg Lettuce)

  • 1 cup chicken breast (cooked and shredded)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt

  • Parsley for Garnish

3. Mix until well combined

4. Serve with lettuce wraps (low carb wraps, your choice)

5. Add Garnish with parsley or as desired
