A new recipe for you!
1 cups cauliflower rice
2 tbsp. almond flour
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
⅛ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Salt and paper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F
In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients until well incorporated.
Line a parchment paper on baking tray
Take a tablespoon of the mixture and shape it with your hand like tater tots
Place on the covered baking tray and continue with all of the mixture.
Make sure to leave a little space between them.
Bake for about 15-20 mins
Rotate the tots about half way through cooking.
Once they are golden brown you can take them out.
Top it with parmesan cheese and parsley (optional)
Let cool for 5 minutes before eating.
