This is an awesome snack you can try!
2 Cups Pecans
6 Tbsp Swerve sweetener
1 Tbsp Sugar-Free Syrup
1 Egg White
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Add dry sweetener and to a food processor and pulse with the cinnamon. Pulse until mixed thoroughly. Set aside.
Beat egg white with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Toss pecans with the cinnamon sugar and fold in the egg white.
Spread pecans onto a prepared baking tray in a single layer and sprinkle pink salt. Drizzle syrup over the pecans as evenly as you can. Bake for 35-45 minutes, checking every 15 minutes.
Remove and let cool before serving.
