Buffalo Chicken Dip and Homemade Cheese Crisps

What a GREAT combo!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

INGREDIENTS:

Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and diced

  • 1/3 shredded cheese

  • 4 oz. cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup Franks hot sauce

  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix together and put in oven for 15-20 mins.

  2. Serve with veggies (my favorite is celery)

  3. or top it on a homemade cheese crisp! So tasty!

Homemade Cheese Crisps

INGREDIENTS:

Homemade Cheese Crisps:


Shredded cheese ( that’s it)


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350

  • Put shredded cheese in small piles on top of parchment paper

  • Bake for 8-12 mins (cook time depends on how crispy you would like them)

  • Let cool and enjoy plain, or use as a “cracker” to dip in guacamole, salsa or buffalo chicken dip!
