INGREDIENTS
1 Avocado (cubed)
2/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup Choczero caramel syrup
1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
1/4 cup Almonds (sliced)
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine the following ingredients using the blender:
Avocado
Coconut oil
Caramel syrup
Lemon juice
Salt
2. Blend until smooth
3. Pour mixture into a parchment-lined freezer-safe dish
4. Top with Almonds, Walnuts, and Coconut flakes or other toppings
5. Freeze for at least 4 hours
6. Remove from the freezer then cut into bite-size
