Welcome to the Keto Mom page, my name is Stephanie Mielke and we are diving into "Your Divine Fingerprint" by Pastor Keith Craft.
I want to help you start your day right. I want you to understand the power of your mindset. We've been going through different books for over a year and a half, or it'll be two years this spring. Just realizing that most people don't take even take a little bit of time to get their mindset right in the morning. Just take some time to stop and think about what you're thankful for.
Just try to stop for a few minutes and not be in the hustle and bustle and rush of life. I think it's super important that you take a little bit of time in the morning and just be thankful. Have a heart of gratitude, go through a book. My hope is you hear something you can take throughout your morning and throughout your day.
As you think and ponder on it, it will change your life. It'll help you look at yourself, your circumstances, and the people in your life, and give you a different perspective.
YOUR DIVINE FINGERPRINT
I'm not going to read the entire book to you, but I'm just going to give you some things to think about. You can also visit ketomomsecrets.com, that's our website. You can click on Book club and you can read any of the books that we've done.
We're going to walk through this book together. I want to help you realize that your mindset, whether you like it or not, plays an important factor in your fat loss.
This book is all about you...
Who are you?
What are your core values?
What do you want in life?
Who were you made to be?
What gifts and talents are inside of you?

We're talking about your divine fingerprint. There's not one person in this world that has the same fingerprint as you. What are you called to do? What are the things in your life that you would love to achieve? What's stopping you? We're going to help you take some action on what you are truly called to do in your life.
"The answer to this question is the purpose of this book. It is your 1% factor that gives you the ability to defy the odds. My desire for this book is to challenge you. It is about choices that you can make that will turn your moments into miracles".

How many of you may have something in your life that you wish you would have done? Maybe you feel like finances are holding you back, you're too old, you don't have the wisdom to do it, or you don't have the knowledge. But deep down, there's something you feel like if you could, you would.
The author is going to dive into some actual steps to help you define and write down your core values, your character, or who you want to be. I think it's super important because in order for you to touch other people like your family, you have to know who you are and who you're called to be.
Do not let things hold you back, and help other people around you do the same thing.

This conversation about mindset started two years ago. I realized that the reason people are not achieving their fat loss goal is that they don't know who they are. They don't understand the power of their mind. They don't understand the power of their words, and that there's more to your fat loss journey than just understanding the food that you eat.
"I want you to understand the "Think", "Be", "Do" triad. As you think, we're going to learn to discover, develop and deploy the things that you have in your life".
I would encourage you to do what the author asks you to do, so you can actually dig into who you are. We did the book, "Dream it. Pin it. Live it" all November and December to dig into some goals you have for this year. To create a vision board, dream, take the action, and see those things come to pass.
Whether it's any of the books we've done in the past or this one, I want to help you dig into who you are. You might feel like we've already talked about this, and you've created the vision board. But we actually have to do things over and over again. You have to work on your mindset over and over again. You have to pay attention to the words that you're speaking, and the actions that you are taking.
You don't just learn something one time and then have it. You don't! And if you feel like you already failed for the year, just remember that the only way you fail is if you quit.
MINDSET
This is something with your mindset and gratitude. The way you put these things into action consistently over time. It's just like with your diet and the food you eat, working out at the gym, and doing different things in your life to create better habits and systems.
Your mindset is something that we're going to work on. It might not seem super fun or glamorous, but I promise you, this is one of the best things that will change your life forever. Most self-development books have the same basic concepts about your mindset, words you're speaking, books you're reading, and the people that you're around consistently over time that are going to change your life.
I would encourage you to tune in here with me or find a good mentor. Mentors can come from books, they don't have to physically be within your reach. Do something to stretch and grow you, to make you see a different perspective, and make you look at the world in a positive way. Instead of a negative way, look for a mentor who will change the outcome of your life.
So that is chapter one, pastor Keith will give you some action steps. We're going to discover your talents, skills, passion, and what drives you. He wants you to make a list, get a little notebook out and write it down. How can you develop your talents, skills, and your passions to the greatest part of your life? Find a mentor or a guide, somebody who encourages you.
Tomorrow, we'll dive into your "It Factor of Success".

You might have to ask somebody that's close to you because some of you feel like you don't have any gifts or talents. Some find it harder to figure out because they've been in the same kind of rut, patterns, or habits in life and environment.

Get real with yourself...
I am a good writer.
I love to encourage people.
I'm really great at hosting parties.
I'm really great with kids.
My sister has an incredible eye for making things beautiful, but I'm not. My friend Lindsey is not great at numbers, and she's incredible at business. She has a very good business mind, she likes spreadsheets and numbers. It doesn't have to be like that for me.
What do you love?
What are you passionate about?
What are you really good at?
We'll figure out and put your core values together. We'll talk about your character, so you can utilize that for other people. It's like what you're called to do, your divine fingerprint, and the things that you've been given that make you great.
We are all great, you are all great! You are made by greatness, for greatness!
We'll start Chapter 2 tomorrow. I'm not reading the stories, but you'll get the highlights. I really truly hope that you guys have an incredible day. I look forward to going through this new book with all of you. I truly believe your mindset is so important. I think it's more important than the food that you eat as you dive into getting healthier this year.
