No - it’s not eggy 😜 Yes - it’s super light 💜 No - it doesn’t last long at our house 🙈 Yes - it’s a super easy add on to dinner!

Recipe:

(Makes approximately 12 pieces)

9 eggs, separated 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar 6 ounces soft cream cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar together in a bowl until stiff peaks form!

Mix egg yolks, and cream cheese in a separate bowl until mixture is very smooth and has no visible cream cheese. Gently fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture!

Carefully scoop mixture onto the prepared baking sheet - it will looks like pancakes!
