All I'm simply saying is if you can get up in the morning, and you don't hit the snooze button, maybe work out in the evenings, then go do that. If you can get up, be grateful, read a little bit, move your body, get your mindset right, journal, and tell yourself how amazing you are. Then you're going to have a better day throughout the entire day because you've already set yourself in motion to be positive.

Hey! Welcome to the Keto Mom page. If you're watching it in the morning, it's morning for you, but it is not morning for me. Welcome to the Keto Mom page, my name is Stephanie. And we are diving into our two o'clock tasting and a Keto tip. All right! Where are you tuning in from and how is your day going? We are going to talk about owning your morning and owning your day. I briefly touched on it this morning, during my mindset and during reading. We're currently going through a book called "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill, and as I was talking, I thought "Oh my goodness!"...
