Good morning! Welcome to the Keto Mom page. My name is Stephanie and we are making breakfast. So as you're tuning in, where are you tuning in from? Do you eat breakfast or do you intermittent fast? Either way is great.

So we normally go through a book in the mornings. We're going through the book "The Seven Decisions" by Andy Andrews. The concept of the chapter is super simple, it's about taking action.

๐—ง๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜ ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—”๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ ๐——๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€!
"Without action, none of the other decisions are ever useful. People often respond to a notion of action with, 'I know. I need to take action".
  • How many recipes do you have?

  • How many videos have you watched?

  • How many things do you know about keto?

  • Do you know how to do the keto diet?

  • Do you know how to eat keto or low carb?

  • Do you know how to eat carbs consciously?

  • Do you know how to get healthier in your personal life?

If you couldn't watch any more videos or any more recipes and you solely had to go on with what you know. Could you survive? Could you do it? Do you know what you're doing?

Most of the time, we gather so much information, when in reality we actually don't. You probably already know everything that you need to know.


What are the next actions you need to take? What is something you need to start?

It can also be something you need to stop.

  • I need to stop going through the drive-thru and I need to pack my lunch.

  • I need to start meal prepping on Sundays, or whatever would work for you.

  • I need to work on my mindset because I know that if I read a book, I'll have a better attitude and a better day.

๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ฑ๐—ผ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ฒ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜ ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜€๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฝ?

What action do you need to take on your health spoke? We talked about different spokes in your life that make up your health. We talked about your spiritual spoke, relationships, your health spoke, financial, or even your work spoke. Where do you need to take action?

That's it, that's all the chapter was about. It gave a whole bunch of different stories about people knowing how to do things but then not actually doing them. A pretty basic concept, but it just needs to be done.
  • "Where do I need to take action in my life?"

  • "Where do I need to take action in my health and fitness?"

  • "What do I need to take action on?"

Either starting something or stopping something, only you know that. Keep it simple, keep it going, and be consistent in taking action. You have to also understand that it could take months, or years of consistent action to get you to where you want to be. But that one year of solid action will make build up and you'll feel great for the rest of the years because you'll be making this into a lifestyle.

Exercise! I love that. Oftentimes people will say that they don't have an hour to commit to exercise. So go for a walk, do a 15-minute free YouTube workout, do something at home or do something simple if you want to.

I joined CrossFit, I actually like to go someplace where somebody's watching me for accountability. But everybody's different. It can be CrossFit, a walk around the block, or some sit-ups, push-ups, and squats at home. It could be a yoga class down the street. It doesn't have to be an hour, but you really just need to start.
