Hey everybody! Welcome to the Keto mom page. My name is Stephanie and we are going to dive into a lot of things about mindset. We've been going through "The Power of One More" by Ed Mylett. Not very in-depth, but I've been taking a concept or a thought from the book to help you throughout your day.

I want to read something to you, that I think is super powerful. Whether you choose to believe it or not, your mindset is going to be a huge part of you hitting your goals or not hitting your goals.

"Your beliefs become your thoughts. Your thoughts become your words. Your words are very powerful. You've got to watch the words you're speaking over yourself and others. Your words become your actions. Your actions become your habits. Your habits become your values, and your values become your destiny".

And it all starts with the beliefs that you have and the thoughts that you're thinking. Ultimately, at the end of your life, at the end of this year, at the end of this month, you're going to reap what you sow. If you sow negative thoughts, you're not focused, you're in comparison mode, you're constantly watching other people, and you're gathering all this information, but you're not putting it into action and you don't believe that you can do it.

Then you and I, or whoever you use as an accountability partner, will stop and start. And then probably by next year, you're going to message me about doing great last year, but you stopped.

It might not be something that you truly want to watch or learn. You might not want to read a book or listen to a podcast, but that is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Get around like-minded people, read a book, and listen to people that have already gone where you want to go, and have done what you want to do. In that way, you can be inspired to do it.

Get up with a grateful attitude

Get up and read something

Buy yourself a book

Go watch Ed Mylett's Tik Tok or Instagram reels

You can go watch anybody that truly inspires you, so you can get your mindset in the right frame of mind.

I'm going to conquer today!

I'm not going to get frustrated!

I'm not going to let somebody else pull me down! I'm not going to let comparison stop me from taking the action I need to get to where I want to go!

Other people can't do it for you. I can teach you how to eat low carb or eat better, give you some guidelines and ideas of different things. But ultimately, it comes down to you taking action.

Your belief becomes your thoughts!

Your thoughts become your words!

Your words become your action!

Your action becomes your habit!

Your habits become your values!

Your values become your destiny!

You'll end up at the end of this year, next year, at the end of your life because of your beliefs and your thoughts. So go pick up a book, and find a podcast. Go get your favorite book, or what are some books you'd love to read? You can also go to and click on Book Club. There are over 12 books we've read over this last year to help you with this journey.

We've read books like "Atomic Habits", "The Miracle Morning", "The Travelers Gift", or "The Compound Effect". If you don't know what to read, click on the book club, go look for the book ideas and just read one. And you don't have to read it fast, you can do one page a day. Something to help you on your journey.
