Good morning! Welcome to the Keto Mom page. My name is Stephanie. Today, we're officially diving into the new book called, "The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth" by John Maxwell. I've given you an overview, but we're diving into the rest of the book today. If you have the book, awesome! If not, then you can just listen here so you can take away one thought for the day. I feel like most people are starting their new journey, new goals, and their New Year's resolutions today and it's a Monday.

I'm done with all of my DMOs or my Daily Method of Operation. That means I've done all of the things I need to do before my kids wake up. We have four daughters and we homeschool all of them... Also, as you're preparing, planning, and reaching your goals, I want to remind you to write them down. Have a checklist and do them before you do anything else. It helps me by writing things down like I have my dates, I have my word of the year. I have everything that I'm focused on in the morning, and it's super helpful... Alright! We're going to dive into this new book.
