Hey everybody! Welcome to the Keto Mom page, and we're going to talk about the 10-day challenge and an October challenge that we're going to be doing.


So if you are brand new, I want you to post a "New" below I want to get to know you,


I want to help you with your goals. We talk about mindset in the mornings, and then I usually shake up ketones in the afternoons and give you a Keto tip or trick. Something to help you on your keto journey, and there are recipes shared on the Keto Mom page every single day.

I've been drinking ketones for seven years, and I've shared this on the page often. I didn't start with just the keto diet, but instead, I started with drinking the product.


Seven years ago, my husband found the product and told me that if it works, it's going to change thousands of lives. And I said, "Alright babe, we will see".

And so I took a packet and went away to a homeschool conference. We actually have four daughters and we are a homeschool family. We like to travel, we have four dogs, and we have a wild and crazy home. So again, I took this packet, put it in some water, shook it up, and went to a homeschool conference.


I called my husband and I said, "I don't know what this is, but I've never felt better. I don't need a nap and I'm pretty sure I'm the only mom awake at this conference. I feel incredible! Don't give any of those packets away".


Fast forward seven years later, and here's what I've learned about ketones. Ketones are brain fuel, and your body can make them or you can drink them.


Some of you get up in the morning and choose your drinks. Some of you drink water, pots of coffee or a cup of coffee, energy drinks, or even straight to the mountain dew. I go straight to ketones. Everybody has their thing, but mine puts me in ketosis.


It is a tool, not a magic pill.

You don't have to be doing strict keto, most people I help are doing more low carb or carb conscious. I have people that are paleo, whole 30, or just eating healthy but drinking the product. When you drink ketones, you'll be in ketosis in under an hour, and you'll have the energy to keep you up through the day. It's long sustained energy. It's not like hype and then a crash.

Accountability, setting proper expectations, and the tools you use are important. You have to have an understanding of things like, "Not eating if you're not hungry", "Drinking your water", "being mindful", and "drinking your ketones". There are a lot of things that play a part in your health and fitness, and I want to help you with that.
