Low Carb Stuffed Bites

Low Carb Stuffed Bites


  • 1 1/2 C Mozzarella Cheese

  • 3/4 C Almond Flour

  • 10 oz Cream Cheese

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Everything but the bagel seasoning

  • 2 eggs


  • Preheat oven to 400°.

  • Microwave 2 ounces of cream cheese and mozzarella cheese for 90 seconds.

  • Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and one egg.

  • Roll out flat on parchment paper and cut it into 8 pieces.

  • Cut remaining cream cheese into 8 pieces.

  • Place a square of cream cheese in the center and roll dough around the cream cheese.

  • Roll the dough ball in the everything but the bagel seasoning and place on the baking sheet.

  • Place egg wash on top then bake for 14 minutes.
