Low Carb Stuffed Bites
Check out these STUFFED bites with only 6 ingredients.
1 1/2 C Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 C Almond Flour
10 oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp baking powder
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Preheat oven to 400°.
Microwave 2 ounces of cream cheese and mozzarella cheese for 90 seconds.
Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and one egg.
Roll out flat on parchment paper and cut it into 8 pieces.
Cut remaining cream cheese into 8 pieces.
Place a square of cream cheese in the center and roll dough around the cream cheese.
Roll the dough ball in the everything but the bagel seasoning and place on the baking sheet.
Place egg wash on top then bake for 14 minutes.
