1 large onion, sliced into 1/2” thick rings 2 eggs 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 packet Keto Thyme BETTER//BROTH™ 1 tbsp paprika 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1. Beat together eggs and heavy whipping cream in a bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour and spices, and Keto Thyme BETTER/BROTH™. 3. Place crushed pork rinds in a third bowl. 4. Dip onion ring in egg, then press into almond flour mixture coating all sides. Dip flour coated onion ring into egg mixture again, then press into pork rinds. 5. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 425F for 10 minutes. 6. Turn over onion rings and continue to bake another 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
