Ingredients
6 oz. Dark Chocolate 90%
1 cup confectioners monk fruit sugar or swerve
1 cup butter (softened)
4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa
12 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
Instructions
Melt all ingredients on low for 30 seconds at a time. Mix together in electric mixer, Taste (add a bit more monkfruit if needed). Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper, pour the mixture into the pan and freeze for 30 mins. Cut into fudge sized piece!
Keep in fridge
