Low Carb Chocolate Fudge

Low Carb Chocolate Fudge


  • 6 oz. Dark Chocolate 90%

  • 1 cup confectioners monk fruit sugar or swerve

  • 1 cup butter (softened)

  • 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa

  • 12 Tablespoons Heavy Cream


  • Melt all ingredients on low for 30 seconds at a time. Mix together in electric mixer, Taste (add a bit more monkfruit if needed). Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper, pour the mixture into the pan and freeze for 30 mins. Cut into fudge sized piece!

  • Keep in fridge
