INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 1/2 cups almond flour

  2. 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

  3. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

  4. 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  5. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  6. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 1 large egg

  9. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  10. Additional salt for sprinkling (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine almond flour, ground flaxseed, crushed rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

  • Mix well to distribute the herbs and spices evenly.

Add Wet Ingredients

  • Add the egg and olive oil to the dry ingredients.

  • Mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more almond flour.

Roll Out the Dough

  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.

  • Roll it out to your desired thickness.

  • Thinner crackers will be crispier.

Cut into Shapes

  • Use a knife or a cookie cutter to cut the rolled-out dough into your desired cracker shapes.

  • Alternatively, you can score the dough with a knife to make it easier to break into pieces after baking.

Transfer to Baking Sheet

  • Carefully transfer the cut crackers to the prepared baking sheet.

Prick with a Fork

  • Prick each cracker with a fork to prevent them from puffing up during baking.

Optional: If you like, you can sprinkle the crackers with a little additional salt before baking.

Bake

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Cool

  • Allow the crackers to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve

  • Once the crackers are completely cooled, they are ready to be served. Enjoy with your favorite keto-friendly dips or cheeses.
