Cinnamon Cream Cheese Roll-Ups


For the Roll-Ups:

  • 4 low-carb tortillas

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp. granulated Monk fruit (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Cooking spray (for frying)

For the Coating:

  • 2 tbsp. granulated Monk fruit

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Chopped nuts (optional)


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Monk fruit, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

  2. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each low-carb tortilla.

  3. Roll up the tortillas tightly, ensuring the filling is enclosed. Cut each roll into 1-inch thick slices.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine the Monk fruit and ground cinnamon for the coating.

  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray.

  6. Roll each slice of the cream cheese roll-up in the Monk fruit-cinnamon mixture until coated on all sides.

  7. Place the coated roll-ups in the skillet, seam side down. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.

  8. Remove from the skillet and let them cool slightly before serving.

  9. Optionally, dust with extra Monkfruit and cinnamon before serving.

Note: You can customize this recipe by adding chopped nuts, a sprinkle of nutmeg, or a drizzle of sugar-free syrup for extra flavor.
