What do you do when you're craving something sweet? Here's a couple hacks for you, the first one... Pickles. I promise you keep the pickles in your fridge, grab some Dill pickles takes the cravings away and it's good. And they're electrolytes, grab your pickle juice and chug it.

What do you do when you're craving something sweet? hit the pit in the booty, here's how you do it.

Here's a couple hacks for you, the first one...


"Drink your pickle juice"
Pickles. I promise you keep the pickles in your fridge, grab some Dill pickles takes the cravings away and it's good. And they're electrolytes, grab your pickle juice and chug it.

Sparkling water is awesome comes in tons of different flavors, grab one of these and get out of your kitchen.

If you are going to grab something, grab some nut butter or almond butter, a spoonful of it or even just like a little teeny tiny bit of dark chocolate.

"I love my Ketones"

I've said this before and I'll say it again brush your teeth, morning, afternoon, after lunch, right after dinner. Use a mouthwash, this takes the cravings away.



And is your last tip, get out of the kitchen, shut the lights off, the kitchen is closed. Find something to do, read a book, you've got to break the state. Go do some jumping jacks, go for a walk.
