Peanut butter lovers, this is for you!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup monk fruit
3/4 cup almond flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chip
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix the peanut butter, cream cheese, and sweetener together until smooth.
Add the almond flour, salt, and vanilla
Scoop into 2 tbsp. size balls, fold in chocolate chips and chill in fridge!
That easy!
