Got Chaffles ???

Everyone is loving Chaffles!!!

If you haven't had one yet, you should!

I wanted to share with you the Recipe that we made, but also give you some examples of how to add some additional topping fun!




2 lg. Eggs

2 oz. Cream Cheese

2-4 tsp. of Almond Flour

1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

Add in some Cinnamon and Vanilla !


1. Add all Ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

2. Pour the batter into a pre-heated, lightly greased waffle maker.

3. Bake until desired doneness is achieved

Optional: Top with whipped cream and toasted nuts.

Peanut Butter Chaffle

1 Egg

1/4 Cup Mozzarella

1 TSP Vanilla

3 TSP Sweetener

2 TBSP Peanut Butter

Cinnamon Chaffle

1 Egg

1 TBSP Almond Flour

1TSP Vanilla

1 Shake Cinnamon

1 TSP Baking Powder

1 Cup Mozzarella

Strawberry Chaffle

6 Eggs

8 oz Cream Cheese

1 PKG Sugar from Jell-O-Mix

4 TBSP Coconut Flour

Let Sit for 5 Minutes Before cooking

2 TBSP Dark Cocoa Powder

2 TBSP Sweetner

1/4 TBSP Baking Powder

A pinch of Salt

1 Egg

1/2 TSP Vanilla

1 TBSP Heavy Area,

McGriddle Chaffle

1 Egg

2 TBSP Cream Cheese

1 TSP Vanilla

2 TSP Sugar Free Maple Syrup

2 TBSP Mozzarella

Looking to have some extra fun with toppings. Here are a couple idea's.... Enjoy!

Berry Me

- 1/2 Cup Marsacapone.

-1/2 tsp vanilla

- 1 tsp lemon zest

-1/4 cup blue berries

- 1 tsp MCT//143

1. Mix Together mascarpone, lemon zest, MCT//143, and vanilla extract

2. Spoon onto waffle and top with blueberries

Nuttin' Better

- 1/4 cup preferred nut butter.

- 1 tsp MCT//143

-1/4 Sliced red Apple

1. Mix nut butter and MCT//143 together.

2. Spread mixture on to waffle, or microwave for 15 seconds and pour over top.

3. Top with apple Slices.
