Pay attention to the water... How much water you're drinking and your electrolyte levels are so important. So when you're diving into a Keto low carb lifestyle, and your body is in ketosis,

whether your body's making Ketones or drinking them, you need water.
It's very important to keep balance
You need half your body weight in ounces of water.

When you're in Ketosis, your body is flushing out electrolytes such as sodium, magnesium, potassium. Your body's flushing them out, so incase you get a slight headache, or cramps in your legs in the evenings, you need electrolytes. Potassium and Magnesium, you could even put a pinch of Himalayan salt or some real salt in your water.

When in Ketosis, replenish the lost electrolytes

I have an electrolyte that I drink, but you can just get any electrolytes. Your body's flushing them out and you need to replenish them. So if you have a slight headache, you have cramps, or if your feeling nauseous... Drinking enough water and adding the electrolytes will help immensely.
