Tasty Peanut Butter Pie
1/4 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1 1/2 cup PB
1/2 c of Swerve
1c almond flour
4 table spoons melted butter 1/2 cup Swerve (granulated) 4 table spoons melted butter
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
Mix the dry ingredients for the crust together.
Add the melted butter and blend.
Continue to blend until it becomes crumbly.
Press into the bottom of a pie pan. Bake at 350° for 8-10 min.
After baking, let it cool while you mix the filling . Add all the ingredients except the 1/2 cup of the whipping cream in a bowl. Mix well. You can now add the 1/2 cup of whipping cream to smooth the mixture out.
*Optional Mix in sugar free chocolate chips "Lily's" . Chill for a few hours or more
