Overall Perspective (The Noticer by Andy Andrews)

The last few chapters is reminding us about awareness and perspective. If you're looking at your life and you still have regrets, you're sitting in the state of depression or anxiousness, or you don't want to feel how you truly want to feel. This book can give you a different perspective on life, it's truly an incredible book.

Welcome to the Keto Mom page. my name is Stephanie. It's so peaceful this morning. Im tuning in from Minnesota and it's snowing here.

I'm going to give you some encouragment today. We've been going through this book called "The Noticer" by Andy Andrews.

So I just got off of a zoom with a girl from Australia. We were talking about business and ketones. She shared to me how she took three months off because life happened and she just needed a mental break.

We had a conversation about mental health, and she shared how she needed to gather herself and work on her mindset.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵?

Seven years ago, I started this page to give you recipes. I wanted all of us to work out together, drink more water, and help each other. But I realized a year ago that many people not only needed to work on their physical health, but also their mental health. A lot of people needed to work on awareness, their mindset, being grateful, looking at life differently, and having a different perspective.

That's why we go through books. This book "The Noticer" is a fictional book but will surely give you great awareness.

Basically, we're done with the book. I was reading the last few chapters this morning, and it was reminding us about awareness and perspective. If you're looking at your life and you still have regrets, you're sitting in the state of depression or anxiousness, or you don't want to feel how you truly want to feel. This book can give you a different perspective on life, it's truly an incredible book.

Alright! Now, we need to go through a different book. So I would love to hear from you, as far as your mindset and where you're at today. Do you feel like your cup is half full or half empty? Do you feel like it helps you more if we go through a book that gives you a step by step instruction on how to hit your goals? Or would you prefer a book that really dives into helping you with your mindset, perspective, and awareness? How do we get our mindsets right, so that we can get the rest of this right.

A lot of people need help with getting their mindsets right, and to look at life with a different perspective. Sometimes you need to just slow down and just breathe. A lot of it has to do with gratitude.

"𝗢𝘄𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘆".

It's basically taking time out for you. Not in a selfish way, but for some self care to make sure that you can overflow into other people. So that's why I read books, that's why I'm so passionate about mindset, gratitude, awareness, life, and having a different perspective.

That will eventually overflow into your health. Just like deciding if you're going to pick up the donut or not. Get up in the morning feeling good, be thankful, and look at life as "I get to" and not "I have to". Have the awareness of being in control of your choices.

When you get up and you choose certain things to listen to, watch, and read, you'll find yourself making better choices because you've got control of your mindset and you've a different outlook in life.
You have an awareness, and you're grateful for of being alive.

That's the power and purpose of these morning mindset talks. This is to help you and other people who are dealing with this mental block or non gratitude. People who just don't know why they feel sad.

A sad person most likely doesn't make the right choices throughout the day to get them to where they truly want to go.

But somebody who has a grateful heart, happy, and who knows how to get up even if the day isn't going the way they want it to, knows how to switch it.
They will then make better choices throughout the day.

So that's it for "The Noticer". I'm going to choose a different book and I want to know if you want the next book to be a more structured book. I like "The Miracle Morning", because it teaches you how to own your morning.

We've gone through a lot of different books, so just let me know what you're looking for. I'm going to go look on my bookshelf and ask some other people for their suggestions.

It's going to be a great day even though it's really cold and snowing. There's beauty all around you and I want you to be thankful. It's all about perspective my friends. So if you're not having a good morning, I want you to just sit for two seconds and just be thankful.

  • I'm thankful for the beauty.

  • I'm thankful for the white snow.

  • I'm thankful for the beautiful leaves on the trees.

  • I'm thankful that I have a home to sit in with my kids.

  • I'm thankful for this fire.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿?
That in itself will shift your day, so take a few seconds and just think about it. If you're having one of those moments, then just breathe in for a few seconds. I want you to hold it for four seconds, then breathe out. Try to do it a few more times.

I want you to write it down or just simply say the things you're thankful for. It will shift your day and your mindset.

Alright! Thank you all for tuning in, it's going to be a great day. We'll talk to you soon. Bye, everybody!
