Who wants a Protein Waffle?!?


* 3 eggs

* 1 scoop of your choice of protein or 1 packet of ketoOS Pro

* 1/2 tsp vanilla

*Butter Syrup

* 3 tbsp melted butter (We love Kerry Gold)

* 1.5 tbsp monk fruit or your choice of sweetener

* 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

* Mix in a bowl

You don’t have to use all the butter! Put the rest in the fridge for later!
