Keto Lasagna

Our lasagna was PHENOMENAL... ๐Ÿ˜

How I made the lasagna๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป I made the recipe below (the link) into the โ€œnoodlesโ€ ... I made it into flat sheets like bread sticks ... some use this recipe as a pizza crust ... I cut it into strips and layered it!!

What was suppose to be a keto pretzel ended up being a sheet of dough spread out and made into noodles! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ Follow ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป for sheet noodles

You can usually find a lower carb marinara sauce, just add garlic and we add hamburger! I layered it - sauce, โ€œnoodlesโ€ , cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, sauce, noodles, cottage cheese etc It was so so so so yummy!! ๐Ÿ’œ







INGREDIENTS

For Sheet Noodles


1 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp Cream cheese

1 Egg, beaten

3/4 cup Almond flour

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning


GARLIC PARMESAN TOPPING

3 tbsp Butter, melted

4 tbsp grated Parmesan

1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Pinch of Parsley, optional


INSTRUCTIONS


Preheat oven to 350F.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside in a glass or microwave safe bowl, microwave the mozzarella and cream cheese for 1 minute. Half way through stir the mixture. Add in almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and beaten egg, stir. Divide your dough into 4 sections and form each one into a pretzel shape, then place on baking sheet. If you find your dough too sticky to work with, wet your hands.Then, brush the pretzels with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoning mixtureBake for 15 minutes or until lightly brownedDrizzle some additional melted butter if you desire
