This meal will be a staple in our home ๐Ÿ˜โค๏ธ

Low Carb CheeseBurger Hotdish ๐Ÿ˜ (Do you say hotdish or casserole?) ๐Ÿ˜œ

I often throw Ingredient together without measuring ... but this is the closest to what I used ...

๐Ÿ’š We also had asparagus and a salad ๐Ÿฅ— on the side


* 2 pounds ground beef * Garlic seasoning of cloves for meat * 1/2 - 1 cup real bacon crumbles ๐Ÿฅ“ * 6-7 eggs ๐Ÿฅš * 1 small can of tomato sauce 6 oz ๐Ÿ… * 1 cup heavy cream ๐Ÿฅ› * 1/2 tsp pepper * 1/2 tsp salt * grated cheddar cheese ๐Ÿง€


1. Brown ground beef with garlic and add onion if you like onions 2. Drain grease, then spread beef on bottom of pan 3. Stir bacon into beef 4. In a separate bowl mix together eggs, tomato sauce, heavy cream, salt, and pepper 5. Add a handful of shredded cheese into egg mixture 6. Pour egg mixture over beef 7. Bake at 350ยฐF for approx 35 minutes or until golden brown on top Add - ins Mushrooms, pickles, onions, or whatever you want in your burger ๐Ÿ˜œ
