Low Carb CheeseBurger Hotdish 😍 (Do you say hotdish or casserole?) 😜
I often throw Ingredient together without measuring ... but this is the closest to what I used ...
💚 We also had asparagus and a salad 🥗 on the side
* 2 pounds ground beef * Garlic seasoning of cloves for meat * 1/2 - 1 cup real bacon crumbles 🥓 * 6-7 eggs 🥚 * 1 small can of tomato sauce 6 oz 🍅 * 1 cup heavy cream 🥛 * 1/2 tsp pepper * 1/2 tsp salt * grated cheddar cheese 🧀
1. Brown ground beef with garlic and add onion if you like onions 2. Drain grease, then spread beef on bottom of pan 3. Stir bacon into beef 4. In a separate bowl mix together eggs, tomato sauce, heavy cream, salt, and pepper 5. Add a handful of shredded cheese into egg mixture 6. Pour egg mixture over beef 7. Bake at 350°F for approx 35 minutes or until golden brown on top Add - ins Mushrooms, pickles, onions, or whatever you want in your burger 😜
