1 lb salmon, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 Tbsp avocado oil (or olive oil)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt + 1/4 tsp pepper
Optional: pinch of cayenne or chili flakes
Quick sauce ideas (optional but so good)
Lemon + melted butter + parsley
Sugar-free spicy mayo (mayo + sriracha + squeeze of lime)
Tartar sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (about 2–3 minutes).
In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne.
Place salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
Air fry 6–8 minutes, shaking once halfway through, until salmon is cooked through and lightly crisped on the edges.
Serve immediately with your favorite sauce and a big salad or roasted veggies.
