Good morning! Welcome to the Keto Mom page. I'm going to keep this morning's live video very specific. This is to give you something to think about, and then I'm going to come back later and talk about how to get started in this lifestyle, that way you don't find yourself quitting by February. I'm going to give you very specific instructions on how to get started, awareness of food, and the concept of keto versus low carb.
I'm also going to talk about the Core 4 challenge this afternoon. I just need to get everything written down and I'll give you very specific directions.

By the way, we are back in Minnesota. We drove twelve hours yesterday from Ohio to Minnesota, so we all slept in and we're just getting our day started. So for today, I just want to give you something to think about. We have been going through this book, "Goals" by Zig Ziglar. And I also have a book we'll be done by January. I'll share it with you later today.

In our business, we also do DMOs. I've got a great team and part of our conversations would be, "Did you do your DMOs today?", "Did you do the things to move your business forward?", "The baby steps, right?"... It's the little things that you do, even if people aren't watching. Even if you're tired, or you don't feel like it, it's the small steps that eventually over time will snowball into great results. Has anybody ever done the "Dave Ramsey" plan? The Dave Ramsey plan is the same concept. You lay out all of your debt and you work at the smallest one. And when you pay that one off, you take all of that payment, roll it into the next one, and then you snowball it into a huge snowball.

We went through this book "Goals" for the last few days. We talked about how to set goals, about why to set goals, how to eliminate goals, and how to stick to just four goals, until you reach them for this year, and then you can add in more. Here's what your daily method should look like, I also wrote mine yesterday as we were driving. My Daily Method of Operation for my life, I wrote them down. it's all of the things that I'm going to do no matter what when I get up in the morning before my kids wake up. I'm going to do my morning routine, I'm going to get up, drink my water, work out, drink my ketones and I'm going to do my FB live. My morning and my entire day are written out.

Me, I have books, notebooks, post-it notes, and things all over the place, to remind me of what to do and when to do it. I have alarm clocks in my phone that says go do a live video, drink your water, make sure you're following up with your customers, check your Keto Mom customer group. I have all of those things to remind me, and they're all written down.

So all the things that need to get done, no matter what. I also wrote down "Do a brain dump of all the things that I want to do". Part of my morning is to write down everything I want to do, so I can look at it later on the day. If I get them all done, then awesome! These are the things I need to do every day. That's your daily method of operation. If you have gone through "Goals" by Zig Ziglar, then hopefully you've written out your goals, your why, and figured out four goals that you're going to focus on. You can also just write out your day.

You have to do the work. It doesn't matter if anybody's watching you. No matter how you feel, if you're crabby and having a bad day, you have to do the work. And eventually, it will snowball into great momentum and then you'll feel better. You will feel accomplished and you will get to check some of those boxes off from your goal list. And you'll be able to add more to your goal list.
