5 Simple Keto Snacks That Keep Busy Moms Going All Day

Can we be honest for a second? Some days the idea of cooking an elaborate keto meal feels like running a marathon before the actual marathon of your day. Between school drop-off, work, homeschool lessons, and whatever surprise your kids throw at you — you just need something fast, filling, and actually good for you.

That is exactly why I put together this list. These are my go-to snacks — the ones I reach for when I have zero time but still want to feel like a human and not crash at 2 PM.

1. Everything Bagel Fat Bombs

Mix cream cheese, butter, and Everything Bagel seasoning. Roll into balls and pop them in the fridge. That is it. They taste incredible and keep you full for hours. I make a batch on Sunday and they last all week. About 1g net carb per ball and pure satisfaction.

2. Pepperoni Pizza Bites

Layer a pepperoni slice, a little cream cheese, and a slice of mozzarella. Microwave for 30 seconds. It is literally a pizza in 3 bites. My girls steal these constantly so I have to hide my stash — real talk. Zero guilt, all the pizza flavor, around 0.5g net carbs per bite.

3. Cucumber + Cream Cheese + Tajín

Slice a cucumber, spread cream cheese on each round, and hit it with Tajín. Crunchy, creamy, spicy, refreshing. This one is perfect for when you want something light but still satisfying. Plus your kids will probably eat them too, which is a win. About 2g net carbs for a whole plate.

4. Cheese Crisps with Guacamole

Put small piles of shredded cheese on parchment paper and bake at 400°F for about 5 minutes until they are golden and crispy. Dip them in guacamole. You just made keto chips and it took less time than finding the remote. About 2g net carbs per serving with the guac.

5. Nut Butter + Dark Chocolate Squares

Take a square of 85% dark chocolate, spread a little almond butter on top. Done. This is my after-dinner treat and it feels fancy even though it takes 10 seconds. Around 3g net carbs depending on the chocolate brand — check the label and enjoy every bite.
