Good morning! Welcome to the Keto Mom page. My name is Stephanie, and I simply love what the end of this chapter is talking about. I love the conversation around systems, and how successful people leave clues. You just have to pick up on them and then copy what they've done.

Today is going to be an incredible day. It's all about the power of your mindset and what you think and believe. Also, if the day doesn't go the way you want it to, what we have learned and implemented into our lives is having IQ and EQ. That means having adaptability and being able to control your emotions.

If you can do those two things, then you'll be able to have a good outlook on life. Every single day should be a great day, although there are better days, having adaptability and control over your emotions will help you, a hundred percent. Okay! We're wrapping up chapter seven today.

Chapter 7:

"The Law of Design"

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀?

𝗜'𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲? 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲?

"𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆. 𝗥𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁"

So if you dove into this year, and your mindset is focused on losing some weight, and you feel like it's going to be a great year. It's possible that you only thought about it but you didn't create systems. A system ultimately creates and shifts your habits. You don't just fall into a healthy habit, you've got to have systems in place that are going to create healthy habits, long term. It doesn't just happen, and there's no such thing as getting healthy out of luck.

𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴
"𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴"

You can use systems in creating your morning and owning your day. You should have a system for how you're going to get healthy and how you're going to the gym. All of these things need a system in place, in order for you to be productive and accomplish your goals.

"𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀. 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵. 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲"

  • I have a system for thinking

  • I have a system for writing

  • I have a system for planning my day

  • I have a system for planning my month

  • I have systems that plan everything that I want to accomplish in life"

What is a
system?

"𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹, 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝘀, 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀. 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲?
𝗠𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗳𝗶𝘁

I wanted to get stronger, and my daughter threw me into the system. Every day, I do all of my morning things and my DMOs. I already have a system in place for my entire day or my daily method of operation. I do an entire checklist of things before my kids wake up.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀, 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵. 𝗠𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗵𝗲𝗿. 𝗦𝗼 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗶𝗳 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿.

My systems

shifted

  • We go to CrossFit

  • I come home

  • I drink my protein

  • I eat my lunch

  • I finish homeschooling

That is my system every day. It does not always go my way but most of the time it does, because I have it written down. I've got my calendar out and I've got the things I want to accomplish today.

𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀, 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴

I'll tell you what a lack of system looks like. When you get up in the morning, you will hit your snooze button eighteen times. You'll feel like you're always behind, and you don't know where things are placed Let's say you want to go to the gym today, but you don't know where your shoes are. The system would be to get ready for the gym the night before, and have all of your workout things by the door or in your bag so that you can just grab them right away.

𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀
𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆.
𝗜𝘁'𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗸, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱.

We went through this book last year, "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. You can look at any successful person and you can see systems in their lives. It is important to have structure and systems. To have things written down and have an agenda. So that you don't let the world control your day.

If you need to own your morning and have a system in place, then these two books, Atomic Habits and The Miracle Morning are both incredible. I might just redo these books over the next couple of months. Because if you went through these books with me last year, and you still don't have systems in place, then clearly you didn't do the action. I also agree that people need to read things and be told things over and over again, for the information to sink in.

If you don't have systems in place, then we need to redo the book. We need to take it slow and you need to put those things in place, in order for you to accomplish the goals. If you don't, then you might be coming back here next year restarting, I don't want you to do that.

Let's wrap this up so you can go about your day, and can get some systems in place. So he shared a ton of stories, about all the systems he has in place to accomplish all the goals that he wants to accomplish.

"𝗨𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀. 𝗡𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿".

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘄?

"𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗴𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼? 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻, 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗦𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘁, 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗮𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹, 𝗮𝗱𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻"

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

You can have all your goals written down, or on the calendar. But if you're not taking the action and moving forward, it doesn't matter. You've got the plan, you got the track, you got the traction from the action.

"𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲"

Any of these incredible, motivational, and inspirational books, like "The Atomic Habits" and "The Miracle Morning", have the same message.

"𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲. 𝗦𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆? 𝗔 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵".

"𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱. 𝗧𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀, 𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀".

  • The first is whatever you can explain needs to be clarified and they can clearly explain it back to you. If they can't, it may be too complicated.

  • The second is to see if your friend knows of a better or simpler way to achieve your goal

𝗕𝗲 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱, 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲
𝗦𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱.

If you want to go to the gym, then make sure your bag and your shoes are ready the night before. You know where your car keys are so that you're not fumbling around your house because you hit the snooze button. And you actually have a system in place to get you out the door.

𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁, 𝘀𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱. 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲.

With all of that said, I think we just reached the halfway mark to this book. This book is great, and we should be able to get through it by the end of the month.

Tomorrow's topic:

"The Law of Pain".

And unless I find a different book, I think we're going to redo these two books, "Atomic Habits" and "The Miracle Morning". Why? Because there are certain books that help you own your morning. All of these books have the same concepts. Systems, getting organized, and owning your day will help you accomplish your goals.

That's all I have for you, thanks for tuning in and I appreciate you. Continue to follow along and ask questions. There are plenty of recipes, tips, and tricks here on the page. Send me a message with whatever question you have. Bye, everybody!
