* 12 ounces cream cheese, softened * 3/4 cup heavy cream * 15 ounce can unsweetened pumpkin puree * 1/2 cup Monk fruit or sugar replacement * 2 tsp vanilla extract * 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

Let’s make some yummy mousse

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and pumpkin puree. Mix the two together until they are smooth and creamy. 2. Add Monk fruit, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice and heavy cream. Mix until all ingredients are mixed well 3. Refrigerate for an hour 4. Serve 5. Enjoy
