Peanut Butter and Chocolate - No Bake Keto Dessert


Bottom layer:

  • 3/4 c. Almond flour

  • 1/2 stick butter

  • 1/4 c. Monk Fruit or sugar replacement

  • 1/2 c. Creamy natural peanut butter

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla


1/2 c. Sugar free chocolate chips

(I always use Lilly’s dark chocolate baking chips)


  • Mix almond flour and Swerve together.

  • Melt butter and mix with PB and vanilla.

  • Cut parchment paper to fit the bottom of the pan and place in pan.

  • Combine all ingredients and spread into the 8x8 pan this is the bottom layer.

  • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave.

  • Spread chocolate evenly over PB mixture.

  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
