If you like peanut butter and chocolate this is the bomb!!!
3/4 c. Almond flour
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. Monk Fruit or sugar replacement
1/2 c. Creamy natural peanut butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Sugar free chocolate chips
(I always use Lilly’s dark chocolate baking chips)
Mix almond flour and Swerve together.
Melt butter and mix with PB and vanilla.
Cut parchment paper to fit the bottom of the pan and place in pan.
Combine all ingredients and spread into the 8x8 pan this is the bottom layer.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave.
Spread chocolate evenly over PB mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
