Low Carb Peanut Butter Easter Treat
2 cups peanut butter 10 oz. cream cheese 1/8- 1/4 cup monk fruit 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together and roll into balls or place into molds and place in the freezer.
3/4 cup dark chocolate - we used Lily’s 1/2 teaspoon organic coconut oil 2 teaspoons Monkfruit
Melt chocolate with coconut oil and add in Monkfruit, mix together. Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate or drizzle of molds and freeze or refrigerate.
