Pepperoni slices (preferably thinly sliced)
Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese or your favorite shredded cheese for topping
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Arrange the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. (Make sure to leave a little space between each slice as they will shrink slightly while baking)
If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese or shredded cheese of your choice over the pepperoni slices for extra flavor.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the pepperoni slices are crispy and slightly curled up at the edges.
Keep a close eye on them while baking to prevent burning.
Once the pepperoni chips are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
The chips will continue to crisp up as they cool.
Transfer the cooled chips to a serving plate or enjoy them directly from the baking sheet.
Repeat the process with any remaining pepperoni slices until you have made enough chips.
Serve and enjoy your crispy keto pepperoni chips as a delicious low-carb snack or as a topping for salads, soups, or keto-friendly nachos.
Note: The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the pepperoni slices and the desired level of crispiness. Keep an eye on them while baking to ensure they don't burn. You can experiment with different toppings such as garlic powder, Italian seasoning, or even a sprinkle of chili flakes to add variety to your pepperoni chips.
