Keto Choco Chia Pudding

Delicious Dessert for you!

Delicious Keto dessert


  • 4 tbsp. whole chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 cup water or unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp. raw cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp. powdered Erythritol or Swerve or other healthy low-carb sweetener

  • Optional: 5-10 drops Stevia extract

  • 1 1/2 tsp raw cocoa nibs or extra dark chocolate (at least 85% cocoa solids)

  • Optional: add 1/4 tsp cinnamon and/or pinch cayenne pepper,

  • almonds for toppings


  1. Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk, water, cacao powder, Erythritol and stevia.

  2. Let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes

  3. Ideally overnight in the fridge.
