We are going to dive into the transformative power of mindset by exploring this book "Worthy" by Jamie Kern Lima. As a homeschooling mom, I understand the challenges of juggling responsibilities while striving for personal growth.


One thing that I'm also super passionate about is helping people achieve their goals by working on their mindsets. One of the ways that you can work on your mindset is by reading good books, or listening to podcasts.

Believe to Achieve: Self-belief is critical in achieving our goals and stressing that we become what we believe we're worthy of.


Overcoming Self-Doubt: We have to acknowledge that our past experiences can foster self-doubt and hinder our progress.


Shifting Mindsets: We must turn down the volume of doubt and amplify the voice of self-assurance to ignite positive change.


"Self doubt, unworthiness and fear causes us to dim our soul's light and start playing it safe. You only live half of your life and you're living your life hiding in plain sight".


Building Systems for Success


Aligning Goals with Belief: Setting goals isn't enough; it's essential to align them with a belief in one's worthiness to achieve them. If you don't feel like you are worthy of achieving your dreams or goals, then you will never achieve it. You're going to stay stuck, and never go after them.


Learn to trust yourself and believe that you are worthy. The moment you decide and believe that you are worthy, this will change your life and your future generations.


Implementing Systems: Like James Clear's concept in Atomic Habits, "You don't rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems". We must look into the importance of our systems and how it must align with self-belief to propel progress.


Don't rise to what you believe is possible but fall to what you believe you are worthy of.


Join me in exploring "Worthy" by Jamie Kern Lima. Beyond weight loss tips, we are going to do a holistic approach for growth, including working on our mindset and believing in our worthiness.
