S’more Frappeketo™

Toasted marshmallows + melty chocolate sandwiched between two graham crackers, that’s what campfire dreams are made of! Luckily for you, our S’more Frappketo™ can transport you there!


Ingredients:

1-2 cups crushed ice 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened 1/2 cup fresh brewed coffee, chilled 1 package of KETO//OS® NAT™ Swiss Cacao 2 tbsp sugar-free Marshmallow syrup

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until well smooth.

Optional:

Top with marshmallow-infused keto whipped kreme and keto graham cracker crumbles

Marshmallow-Infused Keto Whipped Kreme

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups heavy cream, chilled 1 packet KETO//KREME® Sweet Kreme 1 tbsp sugar-free toasted marshmallow syrup.

Instructions:

1. Using a mixer, whip heavy cream KETO//KREME® Sweet Kreme, and marshmallow extract, on high until soft peaks form. About 2-3 minutes.

Keto Graham Cracker Crumbles

Ingredients:

1 cup Almond Flour 2 tbsp butter, melted 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 20 drops Liquid Stevia

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Mixture will be dry and crumbly. 2. Place mixture between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll out to 1/4”. 3. Cut dough into desired shapes (use a fork to score for a traditional graham cracker look) 4. Bake at 300 for 20 minutes and allow to cool completely. 5. Place in food processor and blend until crumbly.
