No Bake Cookies

Ingredients:


2 Tablespoons of melted butter 2/3 cup all natural peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter) 1 cup unsweetened all natural shredded coconut 4 drops of liquid stevia 1 tsp. of vanilla 1 tablespoon cocoa powder



No Bake Cookies


Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 2. Spoon on to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 3. Freeze for 5-10 minutes, until set. 4. Place in air tight container and store in refrigerator or freezer.
