Do you ever see those skillet cookies 🍪 at restaurants and just WANT one! 😂😍 We were on a mission today to make one AND our mission was accomplished!!
Low carb / keto skillet cookie!
* 2 cups almond flour * 3/4 cup sugar replacement of choice: swerve, monk fruit etc * 1/2 tsp baking powder * 1/2 tsp xanthan gum (not a need) * 1/4 salt * 1/2 cup melted butter * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 1 Egg * 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
We mixed all dry ingredients... then added butter, egg, vanilla ... MIXED IT ALL - then added the chocolate chips!
We baked it in a skillet at 350 for 30 min or until golden brown! We LOVED them!!
Simply mix - bake - enjoy 😉
