Homemade Keto Blue-Cheese Dressing


5 ounces of blue cheese

¾ c Greek yogurt

2 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

½ c heavy whipping cream

½ c mayonnaise

salt and pepper for taste


*Place the cheese into a small container or bowl and use a fork to break it up.

*Add yogurt, heavy whipping cream, and mayonnaise. Mix well

*After letting it sit for a but feel free to add salt and pepper to enhance taste.

* Sprinkle with parsley, and mix well.

You can keep it in the fridge for 3-4 days***
