Peanut Butter or Chocolate Chip Fat Bombs

Yummy snacks!


Easy Homemade Fat bombs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1/4 cup monk fruit

  • 3/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix the peanut butter, cream cheese, and sweetener together until smooth.

  2. Add the almond flour, salt, and vanilla, fold in the chocolate chips.

  3. Scoop into 2 tbsp. size balls, and chill in fridge!


We melted the Chips this time around and drizzled on top - or you can fold them in!
