1/2 cup natural peanut butter
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup monk fruit
3/4 cup almond flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Mix the peanut butter, cream cheese, and sweetener together until smooth.
Add the almond flour, salt, and vanilla, fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop into 2 tbsp. size balls, and chill in fridge!
We melted the Chips this time around and drizzled on top - or you can fold them in!
