One-Pan Garlic Chicken Broccoli Pesto

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Tbsp avocado or coconut oil

  • 2 Chicken breasts, sliced into strips

  • 2 Tbsp Fresh garlic

  • 1 Tbsp Salt and pepper

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese

  • ยผ cup Pesto

  • 1 cup Tomato

  • 2 cups Broccoli

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, put in the chicken, and cook for about 2-3 mins (donโ€™t overcook)

  2. Add in fresh garlic, salt, and pepper, and stir

  3. Then mix in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and pesto until evenly combined

  4. Next, bring to a boil and cook for about 7 mins

  5. Toss in tomatoes and then broccoli, stirring until cooked

  6. Remove from heat

  7. To serve, you can add mozzarella or parmesan on top
