Pumpkin Alfredo with zucchini noodles

Pumpkin Alfredo

Ingredients:


 
4 tbsp butter
 
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
 
1 cup Heavy cream
 
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
 
1 can pumpkin puree
 
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
 
Zucchini noodles
 

 

Instructions:


 
1. Melt butter in a large sauce pan on medium heat.
 
2. Add garlic, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, pumpkin, and nutmeg.
 
3. Cook until Cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.
 
4. Serve over zucchini noodles.
