Your Most Productive Time of the Day ( At Your Best by Carey Nieuwhof )
"Leverage your energy or lack of it. Don't fight the patterns, but fuel them". ~Carey Nieuwhof
We're going through this book, "At Your Best" by Carey Nieuwhof.
Are you a morning person, a middle-of-the-day person, or a night owl?
I'm asking because we are going to find out what your most productive time is... It could be in the morning, middle of the day, or in the evening.
We're going through the book "At Your Best" by Carey Nieuwhof. This book is about managing your time, energy levels, and priorities. If you feel like you need help with your time management, your energy levels, and your priorities, then this book is for you.
You can click on our Book club, recipes, tips on how to get started, and also my mom fuel or ketones. We've got a lot of different trial packs there, and you can always send me a message.
So over a year ago, I realized that mindset is so important for people when they're changing their lifestyle. Because if you don't believe that you can do it, you most likely will never do it. You have to work on your mindset and watch the words coming out of your mouth. The things you're thinking become your words, and your words become your actions, and those will be the results you will get.
So I read a book before called "The Miracle Morning". And based on that book, I would say my most productive times are in the morning and spurts in the afternoon. This means, I'm most productive in the mornings and then after homeschooling our four girls.
When are your most productive times?
"You've got times in your day where you're in the green zone. Sometimes you're in the yellow zone, and sometimes you're in the red. If you can identify your most productive times, you're going to get more effectively done in your day during your day throughout your life".
"Your energy waxes and wanes over your waking hours, because time feels different at different times during the day. At some point in your life, you probably slotted yourself into one of these two categories. You are either an early bird or a night owl. Some people actually say they're a middle-of-the-day people. But in general, you're either an early bird or a night owl".
Which one are you? I would love to know where you're at. I am an early bird now, but years ago when my girls were still babies, I was a night owl. They would go to bed and I would stay up as long as I could just to get some stuff done. And I do believe it comes with seasons. So I'm going to read you the overview of how this works.
