  • No Caffeine After 3pm.

  • Turn Phone and Computer on Night time mode.

  • Read Fiction before bed.

  • No TV during Sleep.

  • Cell Phone Upside down/Do not check in the middle of night.

  • Blackout Shades

  • No Blue Light after sun down (Use Blue Blockers)
