Ingredients


1 1/2 lbs ground beef

1/3 c red onions chopped

1/2 c pork rinds crushed

2 tsp minced garlic

1/3 tsp ground pepper

2 eggs

4 ounces tomato sauce

1 1/2 tsp ground mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 tsp chili powder

1/3 c sugar free ketchup



Instructions


*Preheat oven to 375. *In a large bowl, combine all ingredients while leaving out the ketchup. *Press and shape the mixture into a loaf shape (5x9). *Bake for 45 minutes or until reaching desired texture. Let it cool for a few minutes.. *You can now add the ketchup to the loaf, cut, and serve.....
