Let's Drink New Ketones


   I drink ketones because they are incredible. This brand-new flavor is not available yet. But this tastes like a green Jolly Rancher, it's so good.

Hey everybody! Welcome to the Keto Mom page, we are heading to CrossFit and I actually shook up a new flavor of ketones today!


So I'm going to do a two o'clock tasting and a Keto tip. I was a tired homeschool mom of four girls. I used to be so exhausted and I just wanted to take a nap.


One day my husband came to me and said, "Stephanie, I found something that is going to change thousands of lives if it works"... So I tried this magical product called ketones and it's amazing. Although I don't like magic I believe in being blessed.


Most people are actually already drinking something like meal replacements, energy drinks, pots of coffee, or protein shakes. But I choose ketones, and I have been drinking ketones for seven years and I will always drink them.

𝗜'𝗺 𝘁𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲.

There are different ways you can try ketones. You can choose different flavors to see which one is your favorite. I actually love all of them.

All of you are going to be like "What in the world did she do?"... And I'm going to say I drink ketones and I worked out.

2 KETO TIPS FOR THE DAY!


1. Drink Your Water.


I want you to evaluate what is in your shaker cup, mug, or coffee cup.


What are you drinking?

Your body is made up of 70% water, you should be drinking that water. Your brain and body need water, so take what you currently weigh and cut it in half. You should drink half your body weight in ounces of water.


2. How Do You Stay Motivated?


I want to know because people have asked me these questions today.

  • "How do you stay motivated?"

  • "How do you get up and read?"

  • "How do you eat well?"

  • "How do you homeschool your girls?"

  • "How do you stay motivated in life?"


𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿.

What does that mean? That means anybody can be motivated, just like how you're listening to me and feeling that you can do it too.


"Stephanie's doing it, I can do it too".

There are different things that can motivate you. Motivation is temporary, inspiration lasts forever. So think about what truly inspires you. That way, it wouldn't matter if somebody has said something rude today, if you hit the snooze button, if you slept in if your kids are screaming, if somebody spilled milk on the counter, or if your day isn't going your way.


What is it that truly inspires you?

  • To go to the gym?

  • To eat better?

  • To not go through the drive-thru?

  • To not grab the chocolate?

  • To not grumble in front of the TV?

  • To go for a walk?


𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴.
My children inspire me, and all of your stories inspire me. I want to be the best version of myself because I like to feel good. I've got four daughters, and if I don't do it, my girls aren't going to do it.

My kids, my husband, my relationship with my Heavenly Father, and reading other people's stories inspire me. When you have a strong enough "Why" you don't need a motivator.


Think of sugar as a motivator. You get a temporary spike, you then quickly crash, and you will need more sugar to motivate you again. You will get that spike and then crash again. Whereas with ketones as an inspiration, it's long-sustained energy.


What inspires you?

Because if you have to be motivated by somebody else and you don't have true inspiration inside of you, then it's not going to work. You're not going to be able to get to where you want to go. You've got to dig down deep and figure out why you want what you want.


  • Why do you want to lose weight?

  • Why do you want to feel better?

  • Why do you want to go for the walk?

  • Why do you go to the gym?

  • Why do you want to work on your mindset?

  • Why do you want to have a better view?


𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂.
You were made in the image of God, you've got greatness inside of you and that should be enough.

So I need you to dig into why you want to be better.
