Hey everybody! Welcome to the Keto Mom page. My name is Stephanie, and we're going to dive into carbs and calories. The number one question I've been getting is, "How do I pay attention to my macros?", or "What do I do with all of my macros, proteins, carbs, and fats?". That is what we are going to dive into. We're also going to talk about the CORE 4 challenge... I'm going to shake up a NAT lite. I like to drink a NAT lite sometimes in the evenings, and I really want the giddyup grape flavor, but my kids drank them all. I'm just going to shake the strawberry jam flavor instead...
